How to Start With Online Coding and How to work with new Languages-What's IDE???
Hello Folks! This note will help you guys to get started with Online Competitive coding. This note is for those who want to work or learn new language but can't learn it efficiently or within a short span of time. Hang on! You have come to right place as this post will for sure help you to solve your unavoidable problems.
Class no. 1
Lets start get straight forward to online coding.
2. Basic knowledge or atleast you may know the concept about languages.
But before then that lets learn how to code atleast without Compile Time Error.
Lets get started now
So as of my own experience that I have gained. I am about to share my own views and ideas that how I get started with and how much efficient it is.
You being a beginner, you must not know much about programming languages and that causes you to not write code properly(Syntax Error :-/) or even if you know then too start using IDE. For those who don't know whats IDE is all about just let me tell you then. IDE is an Integrated Development Environment that gives suggestion and interprets all the lines one by one and this is actually a useful thing that lets you write the code without any Syntax Error. Its just like a primary School Teacher that will rectify our Syntax error and will suggest about things that can be implemented and used if needed to us. Always thanks your teachers :'). So now all you need is :-
IDE ( where we can code without any Syntax Error )
Reading skills ( You will understand why its needed later on! )
Other tools like SDK ,compilers, Computer ( where you will work )
Internet ( You will finally understand later and feel the power of google. )
As of now these set of things are needed.
There are some famous and standard IDE for particular Languages and that I am mentioning it down here for you.
Now the next Step is to install the preferred IDE you like. Installation part is left upto you. Also google how to create a project and run a HelloWorld Program for testing purpose.
So what's next??? Um...OK!!! Go to the program space area ( the space where you actually type your code on IDE )...Then press CTRL+SPACE and voila you will get suggestions that will help you to avoid silly syntax errors and you can mainly focus on your Logical Error (If you get Wrong Answers).
This is for the first class...Hope you'll first learn how to remove syntax errors so then we can focus upon Logical part.
